Mission Statement

Windmill Creative Media, Inc. is dedicated to:

• Production of films and multimedia projects for educational, public information and public benefit;
• Conduction of adult and other educational programs in media, including, but not limited to, lectures, panels, discussions, seminars, forums, classes, radio and television programs, or through various cultural media including film festivals and thereby providing adult, college or university level and secondary school training in all technical and other aspects of film production;
• Promotion of careers in filmmaking through film festivals, networking, development of resources, training and use of the latest scientific and technological developments and formats in filmmaking and state of the art multimedia projects and programs providing access to leading edge, state of the art equipment, facilities and other corporate assets to new and newly established filmmakers, students, educational and community organizations;
  Encouraging and promoting amateur and professional careers in media among the underserved, underprivileged and non-traditional filmmakers through programs providing access to state of the art equipment, facilities and supportive co-curricula materials;
• Advancement of education and science through providing access to state of the facilities and leading edge technology to public and private educational facilities, organizations and community groups;
  Eliminating prejudice and discrimination, defending human and civil rights secured by law and combating community deterioration and juvenile delinquency through involvement in, development and production of multimedia projects for public educational and information purposes;
• Assisting public and private organizations, educational institutions, communities and others dedicated to working in the public interest and for the public benefit through providing means of achieving their public informational and educational goals through training, development and production of film and other multimedia projects.
  Lessening the burdens of government by providing access to equipment, training, educational and other media programs, facilities, projects, co-operative opportunities and products to educational and community organizations not generally available to them.
