Windmill Creative Media, Inc. (WCM) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to promote the arts with a focus on film, theatre, and music. With alliances from private organizations as well as governmental bodies, WCM provides seminars, classroom instruction, hands-on training for children and adults of all ages, as well as film festivals and public viewing of independent films and theatrical plays.

As the organization grows, their speciality services will expand. The goal is to work towards a global appreciation of the arts in every conceivable form.
